A. Experience shows that some people might require a period of adjustment, however this is usually short and often no more than a single night.

Q. If I sleep with my back to the SNORESTOPPER™ will it still have the desired effect?
A. Yes, whilst it is carefully regulated, the light output is still sufficient for the snorer to ‘sense’ it.

Q. Will the quality of my sleep be affected?
A. No, it modifies your sleeping pattern but does not affect sleep quality.

Q. Is it suitable for everyone?
A. Most snorers - men, women and even pets - will benefit from using SNORESTOPPER™. However, people who are adversely affected by flashing lights or who are epileptic should NOT use SNORESTOPPER™ under any circumstances.

Q. How likely is it that SNORESTOPPER™ will stop me from snoring?
A. Results to date show that 8 out of 10 people who use SNORESTOPPER™ benefit from its use.

Q. Is the SNORESTOPPER™ fully guaranteed?
A. Yes. Every SNORESTOPPER™ is supplied with a 12 month parts and labour warranty. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details on our Returns policy.

Q. Does it work abroad?
A. Yes. However you will need a mains step-up voltage adaptor for certain countries, available at most airports or on the internet from places like www.tlc-direct.co.uk.

Q. Does SNORESTOPPER™ take batteries?
A. Not yet, but we are working on it.

Q. Does SNORESTOPPER™ use light bulbs and can I replace them?

A. We use LEDs not light bulbs for the "variable light sequence" in the SNORESTOPPER™. Should the LEDs stop discharging we would simply replace the SNORESTOPPER™ under the warranty.

Q. What happens if my SNORESTOPPER™ is damaged when it arrives?

A. If the SNORESTOPPER™ is delivered to you damaged, it must be reported to Friendbest Ltd within 3 days and returned for repair.

When returned for repair, your unit will be inspected and tested. Repairs will then be made or a credit issued as appropriate. Full refunds on products and postage costs will be given if the product is found to be faulty and cannot be satisfactorily repaired.

Note that repairs made to goods damaged AFTER they have been received by you will be chargeable.

Advanced warranty replacements are not available.
